I absolutely love The Lupi series by Eileen Wilks, and the Mercy Thompson series by Ilona Andrews.
Then there's the Alpha and Omega series by Patricia Briggs, and the Elder Races by Thea Harrison

Try Carrie Vaughn's "Kitty" series. First book is Kitty and the Midnight Hour. Mercy Thom pson is actually by Paricia Briggs. Ilona Andrews series is Kate Daniels. The Otherworld series by Kelley Armstrong. And Sookie Stackhouse books by Charlaine Harris has a heap of shifters as well as vampires. Allyson James has Stormwalker series and another shifter series called Shifters. Unbound but under her Jennifer Ashley persona. Christine Warren series The Others.NJ Walters Salvation Pack. Rebecca York Moon series. Susan Krinard Wolf series. Vivian Arend Takhini Wolves. Enjoy!

I'd have to recommend Alanea Alder's Bewitched and Bewildered series more than just shifters but so well written, Also Milly Taiden Paranormal Dating Agency in fact most of her books and if your looking for a new author that's a fantastic read try Tigertalez Kaska Pack

No one has mentioned Rachel Vincent's Shifters series. It's got more romance and drama than I like, but you might enjoy it.

jenika snow and her Grizzly MC books are good

I would definitely recommend The Immortals After Dark series by Kresley.Cole. The series doesn't just contain novels about werewolves but all types of paranormal entities, some of which originate from mythology. All in all a really good series.

Do try the Birth series by Sydney Addae. whole new world of shifters with abilities.

If you like super funny, then I would reccomend Molly Harper, She has both a vampire/werewolf series as well as Werewolf series. Both series are funny and qucik reads that have become one of my favorite authors. Also along the light hearted side is Maryjanice Davison Vampire series.The 1st 10 books are really good after that they do drop off a bit, but these to have had me rolling on the floor laughing. I have also seen Kelly Armstrong's Bitten sereis meationed, which are also very good. Charlaine Harris as well will always be at the top om my list
