I recently read a book with with a good premise for the story but was underdeveloped and way to short

So what I'm looking for is sci fi (could be other genre I don't mind) with arranged marriage, hero kind of cold due to previously been jilted, heroine trying to deal with strange environment and cold husband but not a doormat, possibly raising hell and being a rebel.

Any suggestions?
