I understand that an author in order to develop produces various types of background for a love/erotic story. In this case, I cannot be more suprised! I read The Good Assistant by Cynthia Sax, was delighted and instantly wanted more. It is quite short for a novel, but the main heroes and even second-plan characters are so... for the lack of better words - strong and vivid and just jump out of the pages of the book. And then I have found Ms. Sax's sci-fi novels, on cyborgs and humans and was disapointed to the core. So much energy she put in these 9- or 10-book series, and they are... mediocre. I can sense that the next one in the series will be exactly alike.
