I constantly go back to her books, and go through them one by one.

The House of Payne series does it for me :D If you haven't read it yet, just give it a try and you won't live to regret it. Her heroes have problems and the past I can connect with, because none is shallow or too heroic, just sad and human. The plot is always interesting but seem low-key. Her epilogues are so optimistic and cheerful, the author never leaves you hanging about "what happened after 'I love you'???"(I hate that) and gives you glimps into future and just the right amount of closure (HEA!!!). I am sensitive to the language of an author and the manner that dialogues are conducted (despite that ENG is my second language) and Ms. Gail's texts tickle my language palate - are read in one breath. You won't find here word sloppiness and school sentences. The language is rich and stories just flow...

Warning: better start on weekend, because you will rush through your workday and try to take a sneak or two and the boss won't be pleased, and believe me - you won't stop at one volume.

I highly recommend the entire House of Payne series as well its spin-off. But don't overlook Boom in the process. :)
