I read this book online a while ago and now I have forgotten the title AND the author 
Anyway, the book is an erotica novel set in an office. There's BDSM elements to it and some blackmail (but I'm not sure). Anyway, the main female works in an office and she gets caught stealing or something. Then she has the beg the boss (his name is Luke, but again, I'm not sure) for mercy. She tried to offer herself for the boss, but he is not swayed. Instead, the boss takes advantage by making her the office sex slave. It's a dom/sub thing. The boss makes her exhibit herself in office and have sex with others there. There's pretty much no romance but a lot of explicit sexual scenarios. Anyone know this book? I think the author wrote a sequel with more romance.
