Hello!

I would like to ask for some recommendations from everyone. :)

Authors similar to these two:

Shelly Laurenston - I love the humor in her books. The connections/bonds her characters have with each other. The Possessiveness of her heroes. I absolutely adore her books.

Jamie.McGuire - Read Beautiful Disaster and I liked it...I cried at some of the parts. I'm not a fan of College Romance but I liked this one. I can't get enough of the male character's love for the female protagonist. the possessiveness is very very high. A very good read for me.

So can you recommend some authors that's similar to these two?
mm/mf recommendations are accepted.

I love Shelly Laurenston too.

Have you read her dragon shifter fantasy series under the name G.A. Aiken? That is hilarious and also kept me reading from front to back without pause.

If you don't mind vampires, and a slightly different take on them.. there is Lynsay Sands' Argeneau series. Also got the humor and action. Or Love at Stake series by Kerrelyn Sparks.

Those two were the closest I could get to Laurenston. Though there are many more that is humorous, etc, they just were not on the same level. (better maybe in other areas, but not the same)

Have you tried Jennifer Ashley's Shifters Unbound series? They remind me of Laurenston's Pride books.

I also like Montana Ash's Elemental Paladins books. The most recent one (#6) was released last month after a verrrrrrrrrrrrrry long wait. :)

Try Ilona Andrews' Kate Daniels series. No sex until the 4th book but plenty of snarky humor right from the start. And it's complete, so no waiting for another installment.

Glad to meet another Ilona reader. Have you read Hugh's first book? I'm still amazed that what they posted as an April Fool's joke a few years ago turned into a real book due to ceaseless begging and demanding by fans. :)

Try Patricia Briggs too. Mercy Thompson has some similarities to Kate, especially in her no-BS approach to life. First book is Moon Called.

Lauren Dane - Diablo Lake series. I think two books so far, both enjoyable.
Suzanne Wright also writes a lot of snark, if shifters are your jam, then Mercury Pack and Phoenix Pack series.
If you are after belly laughs and don't mind historical romance, then try out Tessa Dare's Spinster Grove series.

If you want a humorous romance that isn't paranomal/urban fantasy try Julie James' "Just the Sexiest Man Alive". Hot, talented actor in love with himself meets the stubbornest and most successful lawyer in her field and all heck breaks loose. Both leads are fully drawn people instead of two-dimensional caricatures and the snark is abundant. It's my favorite book of hers.
