Read it years ago from the public library & can't remember the author or title. Had several stories. Published possibly end of 1990s or early 2000.

1 story was about a (possibly) mail-order bride for a vampire, who chooses to die & marries on deathbed to leave his wealth to someone who needs it. Changes his mind at the end of course as it's a romance.

Another story was about a christmas/halloween party where a vampire & werewolf meet, thinking the other human, except for at the end.
