I don't think the erotica genre is only for women. I have some friends who read them and often recommend them to me. Some of them read the "classic" erotic genre and others prefer the dark erotic with more explicit scenes, threesome relationships (MFF), novels with the innocent and virgin girl captured by the boss, the murderer, the biker etc.
