Richard Stevenson, writes the Donald Strachey Mysteries, first ones written in the mid 80's, the last one in 2010. Ethan Stone writes an assortment of murder/detective stories. Marshall Thornton's Night Drop was good. John Simpson's Murder Most Gay. Neil S. Plakcy's Mahu; Have Body, Will Guard, first book Three Wrong Turns in the Desert. A.J. Llewellyn's Mingo McCloud, first book Wanted is a fun read. Llewellyn and DJ Manly's series Orgasmic Texas Dawn is good, too. Josh Lanyon's Dangerous Ground. Nicole Kimberling's Bellingham Mysteries series, Maggie Kavanagh's Stonebridge Mysteries were great. Joseph Hansen's Dave Brandstetter's series. I have Harper Fox's Tyack & Frayne to read yet. Rhys Ford's Cole McGinnis Mysteries. Etienne's Avondade stories, (Bodies of Work is the first book) were good. For an interesting insight into the Mormon culture, James Buchanan's Deputy Joe series. P.A. Brown's LA Series, starting with L.A. Heat was great. J.P. Bowie's Nick Fallon Investigations was also great, though I only read A Deadly Game. Anthony Bidulka's Russell Quant Mysteries were great. Victor J. Banis's Stanly Korski Mysteries were good. Mark Abramson's Beach Reading was good, too.
