Can't remember the title or author.. all I can remember is the main characters are friends and one of them tries to tell his friend he's always loved him but soon after he has a medical emergency due to his heart. The other main gets to the hospital only there isn't anything that he can do. Eventually, no heart is found and the he decides to end his life for the man he loves so he can have his heart.
