Well as far as I recall, the main protagonist is some Mafia leader. While catching him, the violet eyed man got hurt. I believe it's a series rather than a spin off

Also this violet color eyes person, kinda faints when his power kicks in and it's a big unexpected too. He doesn't know when his power would activate.
