Back to the topic at hand- I recommend tuebl.ca
It has a decent MM collection, ever growing, and you can request books on their forum. Anyone can download/upload books without any registration, not to mention invites, because you don't have to be a part of the cool crowd that knows the secret handshake .

Superiorz had open enrollment a couple of weeks ago.
You won't find anything different there, they get 99.9% from mobilism
They are not very nice

Superiorz have open registration ATM - dunno for how long. They have 'levels' of access, depending on your contribution ($ or books)
