Okay. So, this group message inquiry was sent around the MM/LGBT Group inbox..

aprilsmom wrote: Does anyone know how to exclude audio books from a search? I use the search filter given here for mm/mmm/mmmm, it's filled with audio files that I don't care about. Thanks!

And LemonDropCandy replied the accurate answer:

LemonDropCandy wrote: What I've done is go into search (https://forum.mobilism.org/search.php), pasted my MM search keywords into the "keywords" space, clicked "Search for all terms or use query as entered", then clicked on "fiction" under "ebook releases by category", clicked "Post subjects and message text and hit search, then saved that search as a bookmark. No audiobooks.

We also have a main post by our Admin Lee about searching MM books here: https://forum.mobilism.org/viewtopic.php?f=1303&t=1948956

By the way, https://forum.mobilism.org/search.php is also Advanced Search. And you can find that when you hover over the magnifying glass.

To add something to the discussion above, you can also narrow down the category search area:

For example, if you ONLY want "Romance" books, make sure that you put "MM+ePUB" on the Search for keyword section and that the "Search subforums" are enabled (Yes). Luckily for us, it was the default choice. But double check anyway... (You can also choose other categories under the subforums for this). Also, Post subjects and message text should be clicked. This will now exclude AUDIOBOOKS. And the results will all be the eBook formats with ePUB in their titles.

Results will be this:

Now, this thing I find useful (in re-posting dead links anyway), is searching for MM posts by a specific user.

Example: By doing this ...

Will result to this:

Thanks to Lemon for their answer. And the questions from the members.

Hello! I regret to inform everyone that I will not be able to re-upload dead links as my laptop is dead and my charger too. I haven’t found a replacement yet. IF A POST EXPIRES, PLEASE MAKE A NEW REQUEST. I apologise for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
