Unfortunately if we started sub-Genre's for MM/Lesbian....we would then have to do them for Paranormal, carpentry, sewing, etc etc etc etc etc the list is never ending I'm afraid.
And also we need to be careful of not separating due to gender bias etc... a form of censorship which everyone has to be careful of;
I can just hear it now...why do they need to be in a special category blah blah blah
The only thing that has come about from the large amount of MM Books posted..... is we can now separate them with an MM or LGBT in the Genre:, instead of relying on the cover picture lol.

I understand what you are saying about people thinking that this could be a form of censorship...i don t agree though with that opinion..i think it will be useful..and just that.. useful. They are different enough to justify a sub-genre
But then why there is a topic here in the social club forum about mm\lesbian books? why not discussing them in the romance section? isn't this a form of censorship too? in a way?
I don t think it is too, but i am just calling the attention for this because i also don t think that my suggestion to create a sub-genre for this books would be motivated of any form of preconception or bias related to mm\lesbian romances.
No..its just useful.

Why not just put 'MM' in the title along with the title of the book before posting it to the board so it would be easier to tell if it's a mm book. It would possibly make it easier for those that only want to read our favorite genre.
