Hello! well, you could try I Spy series by Josh Lanyon, they are like short stories but they are good. Mmm, on that line, Lanyon has a few, although, they are not about a cop couple like Faith, Love & Devotion, it's just one of them is a cop. But most of his books are very interesting, easy readings. Also Life lessons by Kaje Halper is a series about a gay cop and a gay English teacher, and may be my new favourite series in this genre.... So there, you have a few titles you could try ^^
You should try 'The Assignment' series by Evangeline Anderson 
Stephanie Hecht writes the EMS Heat series...firefighters, cops, EMS romances. I enjoyed them.
There's also Mary Calmes' "A Matter of Time" series which involves an undercover agent (that series cost me a lot of sleep! I couldn't stop reading until I found out if everything turned out alright for Jory and Sam).
