It's a good series but I still like The Infernal Devices a lot better. I think the series went weird on the fourth book but still really like the series.

Likewise. The Infernal devices is much more preferable. That is not to say that TMI is any less.

I agree with you guys, the TID series is more mature, Cassandra's style is a looot more mature too, although i really liket TMI the TID is a lot more enjoyable. :D

well I preferred the Infernal Devices a tweeny bit more (because i cant decide btween Jem and Will argh why are they so perfect) but the mortal instruments is quite sweet too and im anticipating the dark artifices :D

I dont like that Cassandra Clare decided to write 6 books. I think the end in book 3 was enough and the rest of the books are just nah.
And I also prefer The Infernal Devices more

It's one of my favourite series along with The Infernal Devices, I can't wait to see what Cassandra Clare is doing with the first book of The Dark Artifices!! :D

I loved the Mortal Instrument Series and felt the story coulda stopped at book three. So, when I started book four it was weird, so I stopped reading it. I moved on to the Infernal Devices and loved that series. Went back to read the remaining books from Mortal Instruments and it kinda made more sense. Like it was meant to sidetrack to the other series first. Loved them both once I read them this way. Can't wait for some more!!
