I read Touched by Corrine Jackson about a girl who could heal people by absorbing their injuries and another book called Jenny Plague Bringer by J.L Bryan about a girl who can kill with a touch which were both really cool. I'm looking for more books about people with weird powers, but not witches, vampires, or werewolves.

If you liked the healer thing, you should check out the healer series by Maria V Snyder. It can be found Here
I have read the entire series and can say it was a very good read! Once started it was hard to stop reading. Very gripping

Hmmm... maybe the Unraveling series by Elizabeth Norris? Not sure if you'd be interested, but it's a possibility.
Sixteen-year-old Janelle Tenner is used to having a lot of responsibility. She balances working as a lifeguard in San Diego with an intense academic schedule. Janelle's mother is bipolar, and her dad is a workaholic FBI agent, which means Janelle also has to look out for her younger brother, Jared.
And that was before she died... and is brought back to life by Ben Michaels, a mysterious, alluring loner from her high school. When she discovers a strange clock that seems to be counting down to the earth's destruction, Janelle learns she has twenty-four days to figure out how to stop the clock and save the planet.

Does telepathy or clairvoyance only count as psychic powers?
"Am thinking of aurochs and angels, the secret of durable pigments, prophetic sonnets, the refuge of art. And this is the only immortality you and I may share, my Lolita."
