I've downloaded books on both my tablet and my computer. Is there an easy way to sync atleast one of the two options and get a complete list?

Can you use the same Dropbox account on your computer and tablet?

I'm using the same dropbox account on both. But sometimes I download to my tablet and sometimes to my computer. Would like something that can scan selected folder and copy what isn't in it. Like Calibre/mooon + reader does when you import books.

Check MyPhoneExplorer or LocalSync. I think both of them are free apps, ; both use a PC companion app; MyPhoneExplorer is my fav, can syn via Bluetooth and also syncs PIM data.
