Hi to everyone;I want to say two things before I start explaining the problem:
-First: English is not my first language so sorry about grammar sometimes.
-Second:I didn't find any security category so I think this is the right category for this.
My device is a Nexus 7(2012) and it is currently updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop
-I have installed Zoner Antivirus(free) and it detects a spyware called Spyware.AndroidOS.SmsSpy.C;if I click uninstall it "does" but the app is still on the list so it does nothing. If I click ignore, well, obviously it dissappears but in the next scan it comes back.

-I also installed Avast and Lookout(free) but these antivirus didn't find nothing.
-The app infected is a system one: simple message receiver
-I tried rebooting to safe mode but it is a system app so yup, root or nothing.
So right I'm wondering what to do,cause it seems just a SMS app and I don't text via sms but it have access to the phone!
Right now I only see two ways to fix it:factory data reset or root it. The second one I know how it works but I really don't wanna do it cause I use so many social media apps.
PS:since updated to android 5.0 it kinda goes slowdown and usually the launcher app doesn't work and I have to click on close it,but just with 5.0,no with other versions.
So I decided to ask before doing anything.
Did it happen to any of you?How did you fix it?
Last question: If I have to root it,what method/app is the "most secure" to do it?
