Offline standalone contacts and phone dialer

By this I mean some thing that does not use the Android android to store information.
There are numerous apps that replace the phone dialer and contacts database
But they all use the build in sql database to store information.
Those are the databases that every other app can tap into to data mine..

I don't need the ease of use to have Facebook and other apps check my contacts to see if I can friend then in Facebook or other places. I don't need my phone dialer to look up every number that calls me to get a name ever connect to the internet.

Essentialpim is close to the app I'm looking for, but it has in app purchases to enable all functionality.
Which is not useful at all if i I don't want google on my devices. (Not to mention I don't think it has a call log)

So in a nut shell
Offline no internet required or needed in any way
(It will be blocked by a firewall, but it's nice if it does not even have the permission)
Separate databases for all functions, preferably encrypted.
No incoming intends to share contact information in background
(Unless it asks permission each time or has a setting)
Phone dialer, call log and contacts


Like I said essentialpim is quite close but needs internet for in app purchases.
