Not sure if this is the right section to post such a question but it seemed the most relevant to me so here goes:
I recently switched from an iPhone to a Samsung A7. I am aware of the default Google Play Music app that comes with the phone but I wanted to try something different with a bit more flexibility so I downloaded an app called 'Pi Music Player'. In order to transfer music, I simply plugged my phone to my system and copied over the songs into the 'Music' folder.
However, this is going to quickly become a problem as I'd like to create playlists beforehand and then drag specific music into those playlists. Currently, as I've only transferred a handful of songs, it has been easy to select them in the music app and add them to a playlist but I'd like to do this on my system preferably or an app that would show up on my system when I connect the phone.
This was pretty easy with iTunes or iMazing software for the iPhone but I haven't been able to find anything similar that would work for Androids.
So, could some kind soul explain what app I need or what I need to do to make transferring of music easier in a more organized fashion?
