WiFi is too secure to be hacked right now. And there is absolutely no way to get free internet from cell towers.
Where I live I pay 10€/months for lots of internet that I don`t completely use, and there is an option to receive a second SIM card for only 2 more € per months and share internet.

I think he meant hack. Look up dictionary attack on WPA2, it`s going to require a different network adapter than you currently have most likely, But that`s the best one to get started with. Also you`re going to want a decent graphics card, or I guess you can rent out Amazon processing power.
