Picsart is surprisingly good

Snapseed is great and completely free. Airbrush app for pics with people.

I`ve been looking for an app that allows me to layer photos and perfect align them side by side with options to enable and disable snapping to the grid/layout. I`ve tried numerous apps so either I`m terrible at even the most basic of editing or these apps aren`t feature heavy.
