Can anyone recommend any android video player that lets you increase the streaming buffer.

MX player doesn't allow you to do it

Kodi can but prefer something else if I can.

Vlc allows you to do it but only if you turn hardware decoding off. This means any large files has issues decoding with software.

Any others ?
