is there any sticker maker which is able to create animated stickers for whatsapp?

I have tested several ones from PlayStore, but anyone worked correctly... All of them creates only regular (not animated) stickers.

Can you recommend some workable animated sticker maker?

Whatsapp does not support to add animated stickers from 3rd party app at this moment
