A long time ago I had an android app that allowed me to control volume and notifications by each app - different settings for the alarms, games, other apps - a slider for each app that allowed you to control volume. I cannot remember its name. I got the paid version from on here though.

I found it. It`s called "wow volume manager" and it`s in mobilism about 3 months ago. I did a search for "wow" and it showed up.
