I'am looking for a app to take regular photos and upload with ftp on my homepage
to have a kind of webcam, but with small bandwith and no DynDS needed.

To re-use my old android 4 mobile....

Any idea which app offers this features?

E-robot to take the picture. It may also handle the upload. If not, any syncing app that supports ftp would work.
