I primarily use Webnovel, Goodnovel and Dreame, mainly for browsing new novels that get my attention and then look for them on other sites for free, but since most aren't really known or are currently getting updated its really hard to find them. Any help for any of the apps mentioned or maybe another one? (seems like there's hundreds but they're all basically the same thing)

Honestly? This sounds pretentious but: your local library.
check out the app called Libby, and ask your library how to request books/comics/manga/audiobooks onto it!
Libby works in several countries and has been a game changer for me. It's saved me sooooo many audible credits. Plus, it's entirely legal and free!
