According to TT website you can buy 6.75 regional US maps.
e.g.
Map of US New England & Mid Atlantic region 6.75
Detailed regional map completely covering the states of Maine (ME), New York (NY), Vermont (VT), New Hampshire (NH)...

I haven't seen them posted here though.

So if I want to complete whole Europe map from this site it would be sufficient when I download only Western_and_Central_Europe_1409? Or I should download also rest of the files, for example PL_CZ_HU_SK_plus_major_roads_of_WE 1409, IT_plus_major_roads_of_WE 1409 etc?

Sorry for my English.

Definitely not the Italy one. Its contained in the WE_and_CE one. As is the FR one.
Don't know about the other country maps because I haven't got them.
Most likely don't need those either.

sorry to disturb you all, but a simple question :

I just want to navigate without paper cards, but using cards from a programm like Tomtom.

That means I will never use a GPS connected to the software. Do you think I can use it anyway ? Do you advice me another software with only maps (europe)
??

Thank you for your help, have a nice w-e

You could use tomtom in demo mode. e.g. use advanced-planning, then step through the turn-by-turn instructions.
But why? BlueTooth GPS units are fairly in-expensive now.

The device code is a code of 10 alphanumeric digits which appears on the screen of your device when you try to activate a map of Tomtom Navigator. You will need to know this code to activate your software manually.
