Can someone tell me how to get the Tomtom "Device ID" for the keygens? How do you activate a map?

I am using a Axim X51V.

Thats a PDA so you should be using the cracked s/w that never asks for a key.
If it does ask then it will show you the device id, which is also shown on the Version tab of TT's config.

The device code is a code of 10 alphanumeric digits which appears on the screen of your device when you try to activate a map of Tomtom Navigator. You will need to know this code to activate your software manually.

So how do you activate a map?

Save the keygen to your desktop & the midi.file.!! From the map you want to activate.

Go to run type (cmd) ok you get the dos screen, then drag and drop the keygen into it then press space, then drag and drop the midi.file into it press enter, then enter your device/id code. (CAPS_ON).press enter. you get your activation code.

Thanks for the replies. I have Tomtom version 6.030 (8320). I have a USA/Canada mapset 675.1409. I have installed Tomtom on a sd card and my Axim PDA runs it with no problems on the Guam map. When I ask Tomtom to switch maps it does not find the USA/Canada mapset. Can someone tell me how I should have maps installed ie: which directory and how the directory should be named?

You should have 6.030 loaded on your SD card along with the maps you want (I use a 2G card and have regional and USA), If my PDA loses power TT will auto load as soon as I connect a charger and turn on my system. My map is in a folder called 'USA and Canada 675.1409' There are no sub folders just the map files.

good question jeje0202 because I've tested the France v675.1409 wiz major roads and it's much longer than the lite map France v660.1219

I found FI_NO_SE keygen but not the map...

Do you using capital letter when insert Device ID??
This is important to obtain a correct code.

I try for you to generate a code, if you have problem again, remember to give me your Device ID.

+ I believe the spaces of the device ID are necessary to obtain the right key from keygen.

Edit: ok I worked out its the WE_CE map.

All I can say is that keygen worked for me with that map on a new TT510 last week.

NOTE the map folder on the device must be called the same as the .mid file i.e.

If you call the folder anything else it won't work.
