this map is italy v6.75 Build 1409 is real italy map without europe...

Tomtom is not selling on its page an only Italy map, so it must be a fake. The "plus" map is 330 mb. Anyway if you are sure it´s a new map post it here so we can give you warez$

Careful with such allegations. I /just/ figured out that the North America 1.4GB is only available for purchase if you have a TTGO 700 or 910. If you enter anything else, it will give you USA/Canada ~900 MB

ich have a litle problem:
tomtom can not find the Western_and_Central_Europe map...
the others (Western_Europe_1409,
DE_AT_and_CH_plus_major_roads_of_WE) are no problem.
i seem that one or more files were missing, which files must there bee to find the map????
when i compare the western europe & the central europe files in the western map folder are 2 files more:
_setup.xml
western_europe-312d31c0.mac

has anyone an idea????

What device? which TT software?
A virgin map does not have those 2 files. The mac (media access code?) file is generated by the software when it accepts the map.
The virgin WE_CE map folder should be 1.67GB (1797312631 bytes)

OK, kids, I've finally found the perfect solution for US maps

Use the 1.4 GB version of "North America" 650.1052 for proper roadage.
And replace the POI.dat with the one from the 1.4 GB 660.* "North America" for current POI coverage.

I don't think that this map is a fake. Italy 650.1111 and Italy 652.1204 had 216 MB, this map has, with a better compression, 191 MB.
I can't tell you something about differences between this map and the older ones, 'cause i live in germany.

I think the Italia map is fake because I've been through every device in the TT online store and the only map they offer is:

However, I'm not that interested to download the map to investigate futher, as I tried driving in Italy twice and that was enough, it was real scarey

the guam map is a small country on a ocean, this map has a very low MB on youre storage card.....this map is important because some new maps can be activated with a older map version

from what i know this whas only needed in tomtom 5, tomtom 6 doesnt need this methode (not for me)

also there is a way to bypass everything and just use a keygen (no crack or guam map needed), this will activate youre map on a legal way

thanks its always been there and never new why just always held off on delete when clearing up after a night on the booze in front of pc.

How many people out there have some good poi files to share, like the ones where we correct them as we drive round the uk roads would love to start a new section for this but just a little shy and uneducated, I have started butty vans please direct me in how to start a new subject
