Im guessing this has been asked before. But I can't find it in FAQ or anywhere. Is there a way to permanently log into premium password, so that its not required each time I click on the Blue arrow to download ?

By default you shouldn't have to re-login each time. What browser are you using?

Who is the poster?
I've been having the same issue with Rapidgator. The blue arrow gives the "Failure to connect" message, though it downloads perfectly from the link itself. This was one I had to download from the link: viewtopic.php?f=126&t=3519595&p=7247943#p7247943

Had to use Hulkload as IntoUpload is down again (longer than the last time), and noticed that HL is probably the only host (on Mob Prem list or not) still on http, and not https.

@marooned2 IntoUpload is back up again. 
Regarding Hulkload, it's an odd filehost but it does have its benefits. At the same time if you're using the Premium Downloader it doesn't matter if the link is http or https since you're not accessing the filehost at any point. The Premium Downloader downloads the file from the filehost to our server, then you download the file from our server.
