I've read a series before from book 1 - book 3. A story about 4 guys that are BFF's. I forgot the story of the 1st book but the 2nd book is about the sister of the guy (from the first book) fall in love with her bro's bestfriend which is an attorney. On the 3rd book (story of the 3rd guy), they are attending a wedding and he met this girl from California that is just supposed to be house sitting.. 
I totally forgot the names of the character. But I remember that the surname of the girl (from 2nd book) is like name of the county or city.. something like that..
