I can't seem to remember name of series or author

what I can remember about the books they were about paranormals. I remember there being 1 dragon that was sent
to watch over the children. I remember one shifter had symbols of different shifters in the fur. there was a baby named hope. all the mates except 1 was menage. there was a plot about being born of the 1st of the month. there was a set of twins but they didn't know they were brother a sister they thought they were best friends. there was a human mate that ended up in casts and i think the children healed her.
