I'm looking for a book I've recently read, but I can't remember the title. It's the story of a girl who is running away from her past. Her best friend lends her a job in a delhi / dinner of some sort owned by her uncle, and there she meets a guy who everyone is afraid of, he's so powerful the whole town respects him and fear him at the same time. He may be italian or greek mafia, I don't remember. Immediately after they meet he forces her to take his coat because she gave hers to a homeless woman on her way to this town.
I believe this is the first book of a new series. It's either a 2017 release or a late 2016 one. Any help is really appreciated!
