I have been thinking to read this book I read few years back and i can't remember the title and the author.
(1) Teenage girl has magic that becomes uncontrollable and ended destroying a school facility accidentally.
(2) Due to girl's magic and the prince's magic acting together they become attracted to each other.
(3) This is a series novel, I think the girl has a twin and maybe the twin guy will show in another book or in book one.
(4) The mother of the girl and the father of the prince were once engaged. Same happened to them that when they are together their magic somehow becomes uncontrollable.
