Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows the name of a historical book I read before. Don't remember much from it but remember a particular scene. In this scene the heroine is sleeping in the room where the hero usually stays in, but since he wasn't suppose to arrive then the heroine sleeps in it instead. The hero then unexpectedly comes and goes to the room. He sees the sleeping heroine but thinks she's a whore his friends surprised him with. They then do the dirty and the heroine only responds thinking its a dream. they are then found by the other guests the next morning and the hero is forced to marry the heroine. Also I'm pretty sure before the incident it's explained in the book that the hero finds the heroine plain at first but later in the book he finds her attractive. Does anyone what the title of this book? Tried finding it but couldn't. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me. Thanks!

Offhand, I know I've read at least five books with that particular trope, but the only book whose name I recall is Lord Ruin by Carolyn Jewel. It's not exactly what you describe as they are discovered just as they finish rather than the next morning, but maybe it's the one you're looking for.
