I really don't remember the story line, just remember that the hero can't be touch because he will felt pain from it. There are a bed scene when the hero and heroine play blindfold.

I have a feeling that this is a historical romance genre.

I just read a book along those lines, but can't for the life of me remember the title. The hero needed control, so he tied the heroine's hands to the bed post so she couldn't touch him. Gaaah!!! I'll start looking.
