Hello I read this book in 2017, about the heroine being threatened by the hero’s father to get an heir with the hero without him knowing. They met and the hero falls quite rapidly in love with the heroine. There is a love scene in a carriage and the hero makes attention as to not get her pregnant by accident which is what she actually wants ... she lied to him about not being able to conceive and she finally becomes pregnant further in the story...
