So I read a book a couple months ago and i cant remember the name nor author. Help please!!!

This is what i can remember .... its a lesbian romance with a doctor who is a bit standoffish and another doctor who is a army doctor and has a glass eye. The army doctor always wears sunglasses in The hosiptal so the other doctor didnt know.
I think the army doctor proposed in the middle of the ER with her dress uniform or said i love you in the middle of the ER

Though your description is slightly incorrect. The army doctor does not have a glass eye, she has I believe cat-like eyes or something like that and that is why she usually wears sunglasses.
But the army part and proposing part in your description fits . So with that little difference I hope I got the right story. Please let me know.
