I haven't laid eyes on this actual book for YEARS, but I want to say it must have been published sometime in the 90s. It was about a man (who ends up being pretty wealthy) rescuing a woman who was in the desert but I can't remember why either was there. They annoy each other through out their journey and eventually end up making it to his estate and later getting married. There were scenes with graphic sex.
