Hi all,
I would appreciate if you could help me find the title of a book I had read as a kid. I have just remember a few parts of the book which I hope will be enough for someone to identify it. I am fairly certain that it was translated from Russian. The story is about a few kids who lived in a farm and each chapter was about an animal they had as pet. One of the pet was a donkey. And the last chapter was about a tiger they kept as a pet. They had to feed the tiger before they ate, because once when they made the tiger wait, it caused some problem. Towards the end, they had to give up the tiger and it was bought by a circus owner. The tiger died because it was not getting enough exercise in the caged environment.
I hope this helps in identifying the book.
