I forgot the title of the book but I think it's a pack series.

This one contains triad. Initially heroine found her mate (A) then after a meeting with other clans it was discovered that she has another mate (B). Her grandma confirmed that she belongs to a triad which was rare.

There was a situation before where Mate (A) became an anchor for his brother's mating. His brother's mate was jealous and rude to the heroine (insulted her for her tattoos and nose piercing I think?) and then he heroine told mate (A) to choose between her and mate (A)'s brother's mate.
