Racking my brain trying to remember the name of a book I read years ago. The protagonist is a golfer who is always gambling. At one point he bets he can hit a ball for miles with a putter and knocks the ball over a frozen lake. I thought it was called Rainbow but I can't find it. Anyone read it? I'm sure the cover was a golfer lying on a pile of money.
