Simply Danish Recipes by Alice Pettersson
Requirements: .PDF reader, 1 MB
Overview: If you have seen my other books then you know I am from Sweden and have travelled the world collecting recipes. For this book I have not travelled very far at all, in fact, just pop over a bridge from Sweden and you will find yourself in glorious Denmark. It was in Copenhagen where I met the wonderful Kjoeller family who have been instrumental in putting together these very special Danish recipes for you.
Some of these recipes like Æblekage (translates to apple cake although it is more like a pudding) are straight out of the Kjoeller archives of special and secret family recipes and probably will not be found anywhere else, of course, you will also find the traditional Danish dishes like Frikadeller (Meatballs) and Fiskefrikadeller (Fishcakes).
Genre: Non-Fiction > Food & Drink
