I have used both the stock ICS and Gingerbread browsers as well as Chrome and Firefox. I think the best browser really depends on your device and your preferences. On my HTC Thunderbolt the stock browser crashed a ton and I lost all my tabs. Chrome wasn't out when I had that device but Firefox worked great and synced with my computer tabs (most of the time).
I use Chrome on my Droid Razr though, because it is better than the stock browser in my opinion, although the stock browser for the Razr on both Gingerbread and ICS is far superior to the stock on the Thunderbolt. Chrome is fast, syncs with my gmail bookmarks and syncs my tabs between my computer, my ipod touch and my phone. It also works reliably and quickly. I can open a page on my ipod or computer and see it on my phone in seconds. This works in all directions as well. So it is currently my favorite.

Many browser support for android but “Opera” is my favorite.. fast, free browser and it's perfect for my android phone. I like it's features : speed dial, user preferences, its own mini-app store and third party add-ons.

Just to be different my favorite is Xscope Browser. I don't think anyone knows about it but I have used it since gingerbread and I am now on jelly bean and it is still doing great.

It is lightweight, simple, uses tabs really well, and does not have a lot of "features" that some of the others like magazine management, excessive plug-ins etc.

YMMV but I like it.

I like stock browser and opera mini. I tried firefox and chrome but they both seem not as good as the stock or mini. Weird since I think stock is a version of chrome? It just seems more optimized to me.

Dophin. I've tried stock, firefox, opera, chrome and Dolphin is the smoothest, least design flaws, and with the most features for me.
