But...

Why can't you upload to a "normal" place? Does anyone trust to download an exe or dmg file? If it's not the actual file or a zip, rar, etc. I will not trust. It's the best way to get malware, viruses. Or maybe that is what this intended to do?

Tusfiles is a 'normal' place. This is how the file hosters generate revenue. There are several threads as to how to download from tusfiles, but look at the picture below and it should help you. Just do like the picture and the apk will download.
