Thanks Balatan as always. I use Spotify connect to stream to balatans android tv version of spotify on an android tv box connected to my sound system. For some reason the two 8.4 versions released by balatan fail to identify the box on my network from my Samsung s2 tablet. It works perfectly from my Samsung s3 phone running nougat 7.1.1

Any way to unlock streaming to a chromecast audio?

Im having issues login in with Facebook, Anyone else?

If you can't login, then use a VPN and it should work

It works fine with normal google play version (free)

Tried to login through Facebook with and without vpn and didn't work

FOUND A WAY:

Go to facebook, APPS, you delete the permissions of Spotify, go to spotify, login to facebook, permit and it works

This is because the free and the patched versions generating different auth-keys for facebook.
Since I am using the patched one, I have troubles with the desktop client as well, it wont log in automatically.
But since I may only use it as a remote ... it does not bother me
