first of all, thanks for the update of v2107.1.

I've installed the latest v2107.1 on an Android 11 (MIUI 12.5) device. It's working correctly when playing a radio station but not working when playing a suggested album or search a song/artist and press play then nothing happens, it's like the play button not responding at all.

Also, I notice the mediashare and zipshare host both downloaded files have different MD5 checkId. I've tried both v2107.1 files from the 2 host and got the same result. The play button not responding when playing an album. When I switch back to v1012.1, it crash force close when doing the same thing (play album). Not sure if it is because of Android 11. I have granted storage permission to always.

If anyone can confirm the same problem?

Can someone else please confirm that the Only Artist option for a station based on a particular artist doesn't work? I can select "my station" and "crowd favorites" "hottest hits" "discovery" "deep cuts" etc, but not "artist only".

I don't believe "Artist Only" mode works for non-premium accounts, even in the unmodified app. A workaround is to search for a song and play it, which should trigger a temporary premium session.

For the first issue, have you tried disabling any ad blocking? Pandora may need to fetch ads for replays and for playing an album or song (for regular and Plus accounts). I have updated the main post to address this issue.

1. The "Artist Only" seems to work in my case. I have switch to "Artist Only" and it only plays songs from the Artist. I've tried a few...It's working.
2. I have the Adaway enabled. After disable the Adaway (or add *pandora* to the allow host in Adaway), the play button is working fine on Album, search & play, everywhere... Thanks!!

Is there anyway to specify a folder for the thumbed up music to get downloaded two, or at the very least send it to the SD card vs internal storage?

Nvm... I got it to work... Seems the adding of the *pandora* too the hosts whitelist on adaway is the trick!!

Update now it won`t work... With or without adaway on... No clue how I got it to work... But its not working now

Android11 here, embedded album art won't work at all on 2012.1 & 2107.1...
Tried on 2006.2 and below for some songs and album art embed still seem to work. Also artist only wont work, no adblocking enabled.

I started getting Ads Samsung 21 running Android 12. Running latest Patched Pandora

EDIT: You have to actually go into the "All apps" setting on the phone to find the launcher for AA. Then scroll down to the very bottom of the AA page and look for Version. Click on that and the information expands and then just keep clicking on that paragraph that opened up to enable developer mode. After that is complete that item shows up on the Hamburger menu at the top of the screen.


So my new Pixel 6 Pro no longer has an actual "Android Auto" app icon, so I can only access the settings for AA when the phone is plugged into the AA Head unit.
This Pandora app won't show up on the AA screen and the old way of hitting the hamburger menu and going into settings isn't available any longer. Does
anyone have a new way to enable "unknown sources"?

How come it starts playing commercials when in use with android auto?

I started getting ads yesterday too, and limit on skips. Using a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 running Android 10, casting to chromecast. Using v2107.1 patched.

I just had the skip button on 2107.1 start failing with the error "Due to licensing restrictions, this song can't be skipped right now." Anyone else getting this one?

I'm on stock rooted Android 10 on my Pixel 2 XL if it matters.

I am getting continuous music download happing every time I use Pandora in Android Auto. It is not selected in the advanced settings. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a way to shut it off?

Anyone have any idea if any of the past mod versions still have the skip limit patched properly still? 2107.1 enforces a skip limit after about 7 to 10 skips, and starts throwing all sorts of errors.
