The first time file got downloaded but couldn`t find it anywhere tried using spotify username, song name, playlist name even set filters for audio couldn`t find it. Opened again it keeps on asking to connect to a network even if I`m on Wifi o.O and it ain`t of much use as it downloads with youtube as it source wished it could download from spotify servers.

Did you read the posts on how to get it working??
And are you saying it downloads the files from utube??. If you are saying that your wrong the download links go to Spotify.com,not utube.
I suggest you get it working and test it yourself.

You can press & select "custom download" the source is still youtube.
Need not worry there is a working mod in beta we found in reddit to bypass spotify DRM. The extreme quality songs are around 18-20mb m4a format. But the person who released the app has several malicious code within the app, Our mods are working on it.
